What can I say, who doesn't like a good chimp painting. Through the years I have experimented with my artwork. Pushing the envelope for one artist could mean something completely different to another. It's the process of walking that thin line that helps discover the talent and mold the creative process.
Done in an open impressionist or pointillist style, this exotic animal was painted in bold, split-compliment color schemes and high contrasting value scales. The "shattering" effect as I often refer to it, adds energy to the spaces and helps transition shapes perceived lines.
